Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: No refunds but you may use full amount toward any product or session in the future. And this only applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of time of appointment. This is except in cases of COVID related illness or on a case by case basis. A no-call, no-show, expect to be charged 100%.

For all in-person Reiki Classes we require at least two students to be registered to hold the class. There are no refunds for classes or workshops. If you cancel within 24 hours or if there are not enough students you will be moved to the next available class/workshop or you may use balance to purchase services or products. Absolutely No Refunds.

Please arrive on time to your Session(s), Class(es) and other in-person Workshops. Let's respect one another and the space we're in regarding phone usage and loud talking. If there is noise in the background during a Zoom call you will be muted.

COVID-19 Precautions:

The facility is deep cleaned habitually with bleach, 70% alcohol liquid spray, and Clorox wipes. All surfaces in the room are sanitized between each service, class, and all workshops.

If you feel sick in any way OR have been possibly exposed to COVID in the last 14 days. Please do not come, even if it's last minute! We will reschedule you for the next appropriate date!

It has been explained to all client(s) involved that Healing Touch Therapy, Reiki Therapy, Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Therapy, Infrared Crystal Healing Mat, Chakra Balancing/Clearing with use of Essential Oils, Crystals, and Gua Sha are all complementary therapies not intended to replace any prescribed medical treatments as ordered by any medical providers. This also applies to any classes or workshops taught by Mending Hands.

Client(s) have been informed that my Practitioner(s) will neither diagnose any medical condition nor prescribe for any condition that client(s) may have nor do they make any specific claims regarding results from the session(s) or product(s) or class(es) or workshop(s) received. All client(s) are encouraged to consult a licensed medical practitioner for any physical &/or mental complaints present.

Some of the indications for an Energy Session/Class/Workshop may include but are not limited to:

Because Energy Therapies, Reiki, Gua Sha Massage, Healing Touch, and Certain Products are contraindicated under certain conditions, all involved and answering questions have stated all known medical conditions and answered all the practitioner(s) questions honestly. It is agreed to keep the practitioner(s) updated as to any changes in medical profile(s) and understand there shall be no liability on the practitioner(s) part should all involved forget to do so.

Client(s) have been informed that all client information and records are treated in a confidential manner. The experiences during these class(es) and workshop(s) are a confidential subject to the usual exceptions governed by State or Federal laws and regulations.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, client(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless the Practitioner(s) &/or Instructor(s) from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with client(s) session(s), class(es) and workshop(s). All questions have been answered to satisfaction regarding the session(s), class(es) and workshop(s), as well as the practitioner(s)/ instructor(s) background, the services selected, and any expectations from these services.

Warning:
COVID-19: Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death for an individual entering these premises, if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises.

Customer Consent
In exchange for being permitted to enter the premises of Business name (the "Business"), located at (the "Premises") to Description of activity (the "Activity"), I agree to the following as described in this contract.

Customer agrees to instructions and requirements
I will follow all of the instructions of the Business while on the Premises, including: business guidelines and requirements. I agree not to enter the Premises if I am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as COVID symptoms, have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or have come in contact in the last number of days since contact days with a person who has been confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19.

Customer assumes the risk I am aware of the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by being on the Premises and engaging in the Activity.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering the Premises to engage in the Activity with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, or death related to COVID-19, arising from my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity, whether caused by negligence of the Business or otherwise.

Customer releases seller from liability
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business, or parties waived of liability on account of injury, illness, disability, or death arising out of or attributable to my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity and being exposed to or contracting COVID-19, whether arising out of the negligence of the Business, parties waived of liability, or otherwise.

*There will be cameras monitoring activity for the safety of the Practitioner. All conversations are deemed confidential and will not be shared with others.*

**Let us know if photography, video, etc. is NOT Allowed during your session, class, or workshop. This is for branding, marketing, memories, and fun!

*** Gua Sha may cause bruising and mild petechia.

**** if you prefer not to be physically touched at all please let me know prior to the session, class, or workshop.
